We are looking for the right person who has great communication skills (by phone and by email), loves to help people find mutually-beneficial solutions, and is comfortable with technology.

Title: Senior Account Representative

Compensation: TBD based on experience with increase after 3 month probation period

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build relationships with prospective clients, acting as primary point of contact through the sales cycle, while engaging other donor.com staff to provide technical solutions
Build relationships with donor.com partner agencies that can refer prospective clients
Collaborate on marketing and advertising to increase the number and quality of prospective clients
Some travel may be required

Desired Experience:

5+ years of experience with software sales
2+ years of experience in the not-for-profit community, ideally with direct response and/or Internet fundraising experience
